Can I still return my order?

To find out if you can still return your Madein order, enter your order number in the label generator. We will tell you if you can still return your item/s within the return policy. Any issues, please contact Madein customer support by using the ‘Contact’ button above.

Can I return more than one item at once?

You can return as many items as you like as long as they fall under this order reference. Your return must fall within the size and weight limits of the shipment method. If you're returning multiple packages, you'll need to add a shipping label to each one of them.

How can I return my Madein order?

To return your Madein order, check if a returns label is included in your package. If not, you'll need to create a returns label using the returns portal above. Enter your order number and postcode, specify what you'd like to return and why, then download and print your shipping label or use the provided QR code at a store. If you are using a Printed Label, attach it to the outside of your package before depositing it at a local drop-off point – we'll show you the ones closest to you. Please ensure you are using the correct service to suit the size of product returning.

What if I don't have a printer?

If you don't have a printer to print your shipping label, you can ask a friend for help or find a public printing service. If offered, you can use a QR code to take to your local drop-off point.

Please note that this option is currently only available in Germany, Spain, United Kingdom and Italy. If you'd like to return your package from another destination, you can ask a friend for help or find a public printing service.

Can I return an item without the original packaging?

No. All items need to be: Unused and with all original components. In its original packaging with all the tags attached. In a resalable condition. With any free items supplied with the product.

How should I attach the shipping label to my return parcel?

Once you've printed your shipping label, you'll need to attach it to the outside of your package using strong, transparent adhesive tape. Place the label directly onto the box, on its widest side. Make sure the tape doesn't cover the data or the bar codes on the label. Avoid placing the shipment label on a closing line, on a corner of your package, or on the tape you've used to close the package.

How should I send back my return package to Madein?

Once you've attached a return label to the package you'd like to return, simply follow the process for the shipping service.

Do I need to write a return address on the package?

No. The shipping label that's generated via this portal is all we need to recognise the details of your return. There's no need to add any additional information like a return address.

How can I track my return package?

By using the ‘Tracking’ button above, you can track your return, just enter the tracking number provided.

How long does it take to get a refund?

When we receive your returned item, we will check it to make sure the return is valid. You will receive your refund within the company return policy time frame. Any issues, please contact Madein by using the ‘Contact’ button above.
